imagesCASUJKKF“HOW TO CONTROL YOUR
OWN INNER (SELF-CRITICAL) JUDGE(S) ON A DAILY BASIS & ESPECIALLY WHEN
STRESSED OUT, FOR MEN & WOMEN W/ PHOTOS”

The references for this
article are Dr. Abraham Low and Louise Hay.

Both are authors, and healers.

When we are going thru our day with new and old stress factors, one of the determinig
factors of our success is our own ability to control our own thoughts.

We workout in the morning or whenever we can in part to address this situation.
First of all, self-deprecating thoughts are not the truth.

They are a part of a worry addiction and can also be a part of the environment we choose to live in.
Our minds often imitate without our knowing it and we think we are in symptom.
The fact is we must continually do the opposite of what our critical judge voice
is saying to us.

“I LOVE AND APPROVE OF MYSELF EXACTLY AS I AM NOW” and
“SELF-JUDGEMENTAL THOUGHTS ARE JUST THAT, THOUGHTS.”

Did you ever notice that
the non-judgemental people in your life now are the most magnetic and you often think of being in
their presence?

The brain is a muscle, a big muscle controlled by the smaller
muscles.

This is a very worthy cause to strengthen our own self-confidence, turn
off the self-deprecating generator and move toward a positive loving
relationship with ourselves.
This article is dedicated to an expert in Dr. Low’s work, Mrs. Pat Klar of San Antonio, Texas, a true friend and colleague.
